A re-certification cost of 20% applies to returns of ballistic and bulletproof products.

The 20% recertification covers the cost of ensuring the armor is safe. Usually starting with X-Raying the armor for cracks underneath the coating, inspection for damage, and water damage testing. Without this 20%, we would not be able to offer returns on armor.
There is no way for us to know how or if it was used once shipped, and we have to consider them unsafe until retested, inspected and certified.
Exchanges and non-ballistic products do not have a re-certification cost.

Great Minimalistic Carrier

This plate carrier is excellent. It's incredibly lightweight and compact. The laser-cut MOLLE secures the pouches snugly. However, you need to take out the plates to attach or detach pouches. It's designed for thinner plates; I used a 1-inch thick plate along with a 1/4 inch plate, and the thinner one conformed to my body more comfortably. The carrier doesn't include a cummerbund, and the shoulder straps are quite simple. Nevertheless, for a small JPC-style carrier, it offers great value for the price.
