How to Measure Head Size

1. Circumference: Use a measuring tape to measure the circumference of the head approximately 13mm (1/2”) above the eyebrows and ears. 

2. Width: In the absence of a caliper, use two pencils. Hold one pencil at either side of the head above the ears. Ensure the pencils are straight, and then measure the distance between them. 

3. Length: Without a caliper, use two pencils. Hold one pencil between the eyebrows and the other at the back of the head. Ensure the pencils are straight and measure the distance between them.

• For the most accurate measurements, use a tape measure for circumference and a caliper for length and width.
