- A re-certification cost of 20% applies to returns of ballistic and bulletproof products.
- The 20% recertification covers the cost of ensuring the armor is safe. Usually starting with X-Raying the armor for cracks underneath the coating, inspection for damage, and water damage testing. Without this 20%, we would not be able to offer returns on armor.
- There is no way for us to know how or if it was used once shipped, and we have to consider them unsafe until retested, inspected and certified.
- Exchanges and non-ballistic products do not have a re-certification cost.

Got to put this pack to the test paired together with my Agilite K19 3.0. Put it to the test with running, bounding, and breaching, and this setup gave me no upsets. The pack pairs tight enough with the rest of the kit, you don’t even notice it’s there. It is one solid unit!

the back is a little smaller than I imagined but that's my fault, despite the small size, what it can fit, fits pretty conveniently with pouches and the organizers. The beavertail at the back is pretty convenient but might be throwing off the balance if I put to much weight in that area. unfortunately the backpack became pretty uncomfortable with a water bladder and i think i would need to get one that is flatter shaped to make it worth it to use with one.
