The HRT LBAC, known as the "Load Bearing Adaptive Carrier," is a plate carrier that provides comfort and support for carrying heavy weights.
It is highly customizable and efficient in helping users navigate obstacles.
It has an advanced chassis system that makes carrying larger loads easier without adding extra weight. The system uses a lightweight and stiffened cummerbund core to evenly distribute weight across the user's body. This reduces pressure points that are typically found in other carrier designs. This allows for easier carrying of heavy loads such as extra munitions or breaching tools, making mission-essential gear more accessible.
Our LBAC is very flexible and has been developed based on experience and feedback from customers.
The shoulder straps are easily adjustable and can have quick-release buckles configured for right-handed or left-handed shooters.
The cummerbund core is stiffened and can be used slick or configured with different sleeves depending on the mission requirements.
The LBAC is as close to “one-size-fits-all” as possible, without sacrificing performance.
Our carrier is built using 500 Denier Cordura that is treated with DuPont Teflon.
It has attachment points on the chest for an integrated Duraflex Buckle attachment system (which comes on HRT Placards). This allows you to quickly add or remove equipment based on your operational needs.
The carrier's back panel has two zipper sections, giving you the flexibility to configure it with different panel options depending on the task at hand.

Yes, the HRT RAC has an M81 Woodland Plate Carrier option, meaning it is sold in woodland camo alongside normal multicam and multicam black.

A re-certification cost of 20% applies to returns of ballistic and bulletproof products.

The 20% recertification covers the cost of ensuring the armor is safe. Usually starting with X-Raying the armor for cracks underneath the coating, inspection for damage, and water damage testing. Without this 20%, we would not be able to offer returns on armor.
There is no way for us to know how or if it was used once shipped, and we have to consider them unsafe until retested, inspected and certified.
Exchanges and non-ballistic products do not have a re-certification cost.
