What is MOLLE?
MOLLE stands for Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment. It is a military system for attaching equipment, pouches, and accessories to tactical backpacks, vests, and plate carriers. MOLLE was developed in the late 1990s as a replacement for the ALICE (All-purpose Lightweight Individual Carrying Equipment) system, which has been in use since the Vietnam War era. It has three primary advantages which have kept it on the cutting edge for over 30 years.
- MODULARITY - With MOLLE, individual parts can be moved and replaced with ease, making it flexible for various tasks and operations. This modularity also allows for customizability, as users can choose which pouches or accessories to attach and where.

How does MOLLE work?
MOLLE works by using a grid of nylon webbing that is sewn onto the surface of the backpack, vest, or plate carrier. The pouches and accessories themselves have straps on the back that are woven through the webbing on the surface of the MOLLE gear, allowing for secure attachment.

- A re-certification cost of 20% applies to returns of ballistic and bulletproof products.
- The 20% recertification covers the cost of ensuring the armor is safe. Usually starting with X-Raying the armor for cracks underneath the coating, inspection for damage, and water damage testing. Without this 20%, we would not be able to offer returns on armor.
- There is no way for us to know how or if it was used once shipped, and we have to consider them unsafe until retested, inspected and certified.
- Exchanges and non-ballistic products do not have a re-certification cost.
