- A re-certification cost of 20% applies to returns of ballistic and bulletproof products.
- The 20% recertification covers the cost of ensuring the armor is safe. Usually starting with X-Raying the armor for cracks underneath the coating, inspection for damage, and water damage testing. Without this 20%, we would not be able to offer returns on armor.
- There is no way for us to know how or if it was used once shipped, and we have to consider them unsafe until retested, inspected and certified.
- Exchanges and non-ballistic products do not have a re-certification cost.

These single pistol pouches are super quality. They are really tuff and you can tell they can take a beating. Along with the rest of my agilite purchases. Only gripe I have is they are sooo damn tite! I literally had to shove my glock standard 9mm mags into them. And the retention strap in the pictures must be alot longer because mine hardly catch any velcro. But being this damn tite I don't even need the straps. Hoping they will loosen up with time because I can't even get my mags in with my rig on. And if they don't I will probably take them off. But they are not kidding about the quality.

I work in law enforcement and I recently purchased the K19 plate carrier along with the three rifle mag pouch, admin pouch, and the two pistol mag pouches. The set up is great and most importantly comfortable. I've sat on scene with the plate carrier on for hours with no complaints. Would definitely recommend for personal or professional use.

Horrible delivery times. If you don't have the item, you shouldn't let people order it
Hello Tristan, the delay window of 15-60 days on this was listed in Red on the product page, next to the add to cart button, and the checkout page prior to checkout. In this case, your order items all shipped as soon as they were ready. This item arrived in well under the 60 day expected window you were given.
If you want items that are in stock, those will say "In Stock" in Green next to the add to cart button. Click through the different options, sizes, and colors to see different times based on when we expect to have more inventory ready to ship.
