I love my Amps that I have on my Ops Core Fast SF, but I use these Peltors as a stand alone piece of kit. Honestly more comfortable than the Amps using the gel eat cups, but overall, decent ear pro.

External review of helmet, I hope I’ll never get to test to it’s limits. Internal review, padding is very comfortable with included memory foam. Shipping was very fast!
